CubCrafters took the soul of the Piper Cub and wrapped it in carbon fiber. Modern STOL aircraft that can land on a sandbar and cruise at speeds the old Cubs never dreamed of.
Heritage
Founded in Yakima, Washington, CubCrafters started by restoring and modifying Super Cubs before designing their own aircraft. The XCub and Carbon Cub carry the taildragger spirit forward with modern materials and engineering. They're the spiritual heir to the Piper Cub tradition, proof that the backcountry flying ethos didn't die with fabric and tube steel.
