Grumman

The 'Iron Works' of Long Island. Grumman built the Navy's fighters from the Wildcat through the Tomcat, plus the Lunar Module that landed humans on the Moon.

Heritage

Grumman aircraft earned their Iron Works nickname by bringing Navy pilots home when other manufacturers' planes fell apart. From Guadalcanal to the Moon, Grumman built machines that worked.
